Las Vegas 13-16 December 2006

I wanted to go to Las Vegas with my mom for my 21st birthday (Yeah I know it was in July), so we took off. We stayed at the Bellagio and got a Lake View room, AWESOME. I think I spent 90% of my time in the room sitting in a chair by the window.

The view from our room.

Our room. The beds are SOOO comfortable!

The bathroom was awesome too, but I didn't want to put up 10 pictures of it, so here is an image: HUGE, spacious, marble everywhere, *large stand up shower, garden tub for 5, phone next to the toilet, you get the idea...

The fountains going off. If you put it on a channel on the TV, the music plays.

Later on that night after walking around all day, we came back to our room and saw smoke. We put on the News and they said there was currently a Trailer Park on fire over there. I think everyone was ok though.

The Bellagio and Caesars Palace at night.

Elvis singing at Harrah's. I really liked the older hotels, especially to gamble in. Harrah's, Barbary Coast, Flamingo. They also seem to be where all the action is.

We saw "Legends in Concert" at Imperial Palace. Now the hotel isn't that great, but the show was awesome! They all really looked and sounded like them, FROM FAR AWAY. Me and Britney Spears.

The King.

The Temptations, they were awesome.

The view from our room at night.

The shops in the Bellagio.

We walked down to the other end of the strip (boring) to look around and took some pictures at Luxor.

The Arc at Paris, at night.

Inside Paris, we liked how the Eiffel Tower actually came through the roof into the Casino.

Bellagio's Big Balls.

Of course I went out with my Hot, Sweet Cousin Megan and her Super Cool Girlfriends! They had a Bottle at Light in the Bellagio.

We went to the toy store FAO Schwarz, which was neat. These guys did a demonstration on the big Piano (as seen in Big).

Weird Fish..

The Mirage, The Venetian.

We started getting snacks at this Pastry Place in the Bellagio called Jean Philippe. It was sooo good, this is a ham and cheese croissant and a apple muffin. YUM

I thought the fountains were broken, but they weren't.

My mom and I had dinner and drinks at Kahunaville before we saw Cirque Du Soleil (which was awesome), both at TI.

We went back to Kahunaville after the show also because they were being loud and having a good time!

The blown glass flowers, beautiful ceilings and Christmas decor at Bellagio.

These pictures are taken in the Conservatory at the Bellagio. Last time I was here, it was decorated for Spring time. The bears are made completely out of flowers, the whole place is amazing.

Tile work, its like this throughout the entire hotel.

The worlds largest volume chocolate fountain, at Jean Philippe in Bellagio.

Last look out the window before we left :(

My mom has been looking for White Turquoise for a few years and it is very uncommon and hard to find. Well we found it at a small jewelry store in the Forum Shops and Caesar's Palace. Apparently, white turqouise is only found in Nevada. My mom got the triangle shaped bracelet and ring and I got the round ring. They are neat and rare. Ask me more questions about it if you care.
